ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
SEMPRE restaurant is a green corner in the centre of the Russian capital, where you can find European cuisine with unique interpretation and a designer eco-interior that has no analogues in Moscow or in the world.
SEMPRE’s interior design is the creation of Belgian designer Guste Sempre. The mysterious garden, inspired by the greenery of the northern flora, blurs the boundaries of the city and nature. There are vines hanging from the ceiling, forest moss on the walls, colourful solid wood furniture, handmade tableware and cutlery. The originality of every detail and the absence of stereotypical division of space mean freedom, just like in the jungle.

Кухня Sempre — это вкусы на каждый день и бескомпромиссное качество продуктов.
Бренд-шеф Анатолий Левизов родом из Санкт-Петербурга. Его гастрономический путь начался с открытия легендарного ресторана Ribeye. Позже была Москва — работа в Lucky Group, участие в запуске Niki и Mamie. А затем — Афины, откуда Анатолий привёз лёгкость и любовь к средиземноморским акцентам.
В 2025 году он присоединился к команде Sempre и задал новый вектор: в сторону честной и по-настоящему вкусной еды c южным характером.
Анатолий внимателен к деталям и убеждён, что самые простые вещи в гастрономии одновременно самые сложные. Его мечта — собственный ресторан у моря, где вкус и свобода звучат в унисон.
